It's one thing to get upset when a customer was rude, but to spit in a customer's drink just because a customer politely let's you know their food isn't right and they'd like their food to be cooked more is just flatout laziness! Don't work in customer service if you have that much of a short fuse! Work at a damn call center, because that is dangerous behavior 🙄
