I have two twin inline 625 road demon Jr on top of a hampton blower I'm having a lot of trouble with them. I have to start the car everyday if I don't the carbs act like the car has been sitting for a long time install a carb repair kit and it worked great but here we go again what is it that I'm doing wrong??

put a 350zz4 create in my 75 Camaro it has alum. corvette l98 heads 58 cc 10.1 compression holly 770 dual feed gm dynoded it at 350 hp however I could not get the motor to run good if I hit the gas the motor would die out could not fix this but no degrade to holly just saying so I switched it out for a demon 625 right out of the box no adjusting ran perfect very smooth excellent response however I might be up grading to a bigger demon to see if I csan get more out of it

or 750 cfm's..." Cubic feet per MINUTES? No, like too many workers at Summit he doesn't even know what CFM stands for. They take whoever will work for low pay. It's been decades since they only employed people who knew what they were talking about.
