Glaze
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp milk
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

9/10 inch cake

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup butter milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger

This is such a yummy cake. The 1st time I made this cake, it came out perfectly. The past couple of times I made it, it was raw in certain spots. I had to put it back in the oven twice and ended up baking it for almost 2 hours. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong
