Pumpkin cake :
2 Cup Flour (250 gr )
2 tsp Baking powder
3 Eggs
160 gr Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla powder
200 ml Vegetable oil
1 Cup Cooked and pureed pumpkin
1 Tbs Lemon juice
1 tsp Lemon zest

To make pumpkin puree, first cut it lengthwise into two parts and put it in an oven tray and cook it at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then remove the inside of the pumpkin and put it in a mixer and puree it
