It’s because the g360 usually doesn’t hold up well, especially if you are hard on it. He is just demonstrating how you SHOULD shift it. Synchro trans not a actual truck box that you SHOULD shift with no clutch.

I wish my getrag could shift that easily. Only way to do that in my truck is float the gears at right RPM.
