I like to beat my bananas with a full Stanley cup before putting them in the oven or letting them naturally ripen. I feel it breaks down the structure of the banana and causes the sugar to be broken down. Also I bake my bananas for 30 minutes

Just put in the bag and if necessary put near warm thing. It ripe very fast like naturally ripe

I just put a tomato next to the bananas over night, they ripen pretty quick. Maybe not fully black ripe, but halfway there in 24 hours. The tomato gets soft too.
