My dad, a card-carrying grumpy old man, LOVES Harbor Freight. It's his getaway. I was anxiously awaiting the marking of the reamer bit. Expensive mistakes only are usually only learned once, but Dylan is, of course, a real pro.

I've had this same project in mind for years. I've had most of the parts for years. I always wanted a 1 pickup 1 volume 1 tone guitar. I can't remember how many years ago I bought a; See More Dumping; Little '59 tele humbucker, obviously waaay before I found your page. When push/pull pots came to be I ordered 2 off of Amazon, cheap ones; your sooo right by saying buy the most expensive push/pull pots. Anywhoo....last night after supper I dug through closets, drawers, old tool chests and found everything and put it together. It has been years since I've tried anything like this, arthritic hands is why. It is together and actually works like I wanted. Kind of ironic because my Blues Jr. and my AC15 both need to go to a tech so I don't know really how it sounds. Using a Vox mini 3, I used this to check out guitars when I used to wheel and deal. I'm 60 and thanks for a kick in the pants to get this together. I'm still gonna watch your live stream today, Reminder is set.

I had a marshall origin before getting my vox, i liked it quite a bit but felt for my playing style the vox would fit better. If i do decide to have two amps at some point it will be a marshall origin.
