Here I show you a very easy and old trick of mine.
** Here is a great example of "doing your homework". This is a question from one of my viewers that sent me a message through my website. They did their homework to double check what I was saying. I do the best to bring all my viewers examples what works for me. None of my content is clickbait, but there is a ton of it out there. Especially on certain platforms.

Hi! I just watched your You Tube video on how to clean a crock pot. I saw the product you used to clean it (for glass stove tops) last week in the grocery store as I was looking for a product to use. From the store I called their customer service line and asked if I could use their product for my crock pot. I was told it was not made for crock pots and not tested on crock pots and was therefore advised not to use it on my black ceramic crock pot. However, I see that you have used it on your white pot. Can you tell me how long you have been using the stove top cleaner on your crock pot and whether or not it has damaged the finish or harmed it in any other way because I want to buy it and use it on mine. Thank you for the video and for your reply.

First I want to say that it is so good of you to do your own homework. There are a lot of clickbait videos, or just simply bad advice out there especially on certain platforms. I do my best to have my "tips" thoroughly tested before I make a video on it. Though, what works for me in my specific situation may not be what's best for you. To get back to your question I have both the white crock pot and a black one. My black one is a bit older, and I have used this tip on it more than the white. But, I think the white one showed it off better for the video. As far as I can remember, I would have used the cleaner on my black crock pot probably a dozen times and on the white crock pot probably about half as many. I have noticed no dulling or any other kind of negative effects to the ceramic pots. The only dulling that shows up on the crock pot, is just the burnt on food residue. So, for me it has been a great way to keep the crock pots looking new. I know they have bags you can put in the crock pot, but I just feel weird cooking my food in a plastic bag.
Thanks again for your question, and as always - Have a great day!
