Chicken Teriyaki Noodles
Serves 2-3
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) 2 tbs
-Shahad (Honey) ½ tbs
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1/4 tsp
-Chicken boneless julienne 250 gms
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Corn flour 1 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cups
-Knorr Chicken noodles 2 packs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) roasted ½ tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part 2 tbs
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) ½ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Taste maker 1
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 2-3 tbs
Directions:
-In bowl,add soy sauce,water,honey,sesame oil,mix well & set aside.
-In bowl,add chicken,prepared sauce 1 & ½ tbs ,black pepper powder,salt and mix well.
-Add corn flour and mix well,cover and marinate for 15 minutes.
-In saucepan,add water and bring it to boil.
-Add knorr noodle cakes and cook for 2 minutes & set aside.
-In wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well and cook until golden brown then take out in a bowl.
-In the same wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.
-Add sesame seeds and mix.
-Add green onion white part,carrot,cabbage and mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt and mix.
-Add taste maker and mix well.
-Add boiled noodles and give it a good mix.
-Now add remaining prepared sauce,spring onion leaves and mix.
-Add cooked chicken and mix well.
-Garnish with green onion leaves,sesame seeds & serve!

-Karhai mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur golden brown hunay tak paka lein phir bowl mein nikal lein.
-Us he karhai mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Til dal ker mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz white part,gajar aur bund gobhi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Kali mirch crushed aur namak dal ker mix ker lein.
-Taste maker dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Boiled noodles dal ker mix ker lein.
-Ab remaining tayyar sauce aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker mix ker lein.
