Simply Delicious Teriyaki Noodles Recipe!

Teriyaki noodles, one of the most simple and delicious dishes you can make in a pinch. Here's how you make it!

Ingredients
200g chicken thighs
200g Egg noodles
Handful shitake mushrooms
Spring onions for garnish
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Thumb size ginger

Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp soft brown sugar
1 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp light soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sake

I have a curious question. It probably doesn’t matter a whole lot but what you are calling shiitake mushrooms are what the stores here in the US call oyster mushrooms. What we call shiitake mushrooms here look entirely different. Will you be able to clarify that, thank you.
