Thin Ice is an interesting block in Terraria: You step on it, you might break it, so be careful! The thing is, those thin ice blocks usually form below the surface, but not on the surface. Does that make the underground colder than the surface?... That's weird... so why don't we bring those Ice blocks above surface? Heck, actually, why don't we freeze the entire world to get... this?

I think this world was created using the random block setting from TEdit (or used some mods with the same tools) then got this one, this would explain the metal tree, the Hellhive and lihzhards houses, etc...

Those worlds are always fun to explore... until you paint the entire world with echo coating for a challenge...
