I know it’s too late but what you could’ve done for the fishing quests is grab the quest fish, remove it from your inventory, then repeat a couple times so that you can immediately do quests on certain days.

I love the Drunk World Seed, not only you get both crimson and corruption BUT ALSO you get an empty space in the middle of hell (build a WoF arena is so easy) and Bee Hives are huge and easy to use for Plantera Arenas later on.

I finished 99.5% of all achievements in a week. Angler took one year to gather enough courage to finish. Did like 10 quests per day for a month.

you know, if you started fishing from day one by simply doing a quest once a day you would've been nearly done by the end without having to do the painful grind

im pretty sure the drunk world seed causes spawn rates of rare items/enemies to go up. Me and my buddy just finished a playthrough on the drunk seed and we were STACKED with accessories. I got the blessed apple on my 8th unicorn, lava feather on our 50th red demon, dozens of obsidian roses, found two lava charms accidentally, had half a chest full of metal detectors, got the rod of discord on my 230th elemental, keep in mind i have 350 hours in the game and have NEVER gotten the rod of discord. But yeah, I think the drunk seed drastically increases rare item drops.
Edit: Oh yeah, got ice skates on my FIRST chest and my buddy got water walking boots before hermes boots.

I have to say, as someone who actually loves fishing in Terraria, the fact that you did that without banking Quest Fish for repeats both hurt me, and genuinely impressed me. It's objectively the easiest way to do it without Journey Mode or some shit, so either bravo for making the Angler Questline more challenging for yourself, or yikes for not knowing you could do that 🤣

5:23 today i learned you can put axcessories in your vanity slot. Ive always kept them on my other builds and swapping them now got alot easier thanks to you. Hell yea boi

So um, idk if you knew this but if you catch the quest fish you can chuck it out of your inventory and then catch more and repeat. For every quest fish. It makes the time go by so much faster. It took about 4ish hours to do 160 quest or around that with this in mind. And just literally going to sleep then using the sun and moon dials.
