In this video, I show you and tell you how to use an underarm thermometer easily. It is a full tutorial, but also an easy tutorial because using this type of thermometer is rather simple. As a general rule of thumb, they take a bit longer to measure the temperature than other types of thermometers, but they are known to be quite accurate. With that being said, I go over the basics of using one.

thank u for this advice i have flue right now and yesterday my temp was 39 today is 37 i am taking paracetamol and ibuprofen... it all started this friday i am hoping that i will recover from it soon enough i probably will take a week off from work too 🤒
