I never shave i always wax no matter where, even though there is pain (i’ve gotten used to it as i’ve been doing it for 4 years). shaving doesn’t get the root of the hair and hair grows back in days whereas if u wax u can just do it once a month. i recommend trying it out

Tip to get rid of dark underarm, neck, dark lips, dark patches of face
1) . Steam the dark area
2). Scrub with any scrub cream or homemade scrub (e.g. honey and sugar, salt and olive oil)
3). Then wash ( do all these 3steps once a week
Last but not least 4). moisturize with any moisturizer ( try to use moisturizer daily) for glowing skin

For people who can't afford the products or time, this is ehat worked for me as a brown girl.
I wash away deodorant before I sleep, because the chemicals can also cause hyperpigmentation.
Gently dry it with a soft towel/ tissue.
Apply a moisturizer, even body lotion can work.
You can do all these in your night routine, so no extra time.
Body hair is normal, shave only when necessary.
Also avoid scrubbing and strong acids if you have brown skin. Nowadays the market has brightening deodorants without nasties. That's more than enough. Hope this helps.
