Today I will show you the recipe of
DONUTS!! (Eggless & Without Yeast)
Donuts are sweet deep fried snack which are soft and fluffy in texture and is covered with nice glaze on top of it.
They are also topped with cake frosting, dusted with icing sugar or deep in melted chocolate.
A cup of coffee or tea can be great accompaniment to this donut.

Ingredients for DONUTS (Eggless & Yeast free) :-
2 and 1/2 Cup All Purpose (Maida)
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
2 tsp Lemon juice
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
2 tbsp Butter or Ghee
Oil for frying
For Toppings
Dark Chocolate
Cookie White Chocolate (optional)
Cake Icing (optional)
Sprinklers ( optional)
