EGGLESS, NO YEAST DONUTS | Fluffy Eggless Donut Recipe Without Yeast| Chocolate Glaze Donuts at home

I know a lot of us are missing fried #Donuts in this Lockdown. So many of you have been asking me to share an #Eggless and #NoYeast Donut recipe and you know I listen! So here you go- fluffy fried donuts made without yeast and eggs, using only simple kitchen staples! I decorate the donuts with a beautiful chocolate glaze and some crushed almonds!

INGREDIENTS-
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar (optional)
1+ 1/2 cup maida + 1 tbsp ( if needed)
1/4 cup castor sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp curd
Oil for frying

For the glaze-

1 cup chopped chocolate
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Hi Shivesh. im from South Africa and I just love your donuts. so i went a step further and abter the donuts were fried and cooled ; I took a syringe and injected the melted chocolate into the donut ; some canned caramel; warmed jam and custard and sprinkled the top with a mixiture of caster sugar and cinamon. so devine. thanks a lot❤
