The sauerkraut in the jar on the shelf is amazing but i heard it’s been pasteurized or something for shelf stability and that kills a lot of the good gut bacteria. The refrigerated kind is better for the gut.

I agree that the pastured raised eggs taste so much better. I can differently tell when I have to buy something else. Even the Costco organic free range do not taste as good.

When i make the butternut squash i add onion garlic salt pepper and a little brown sugar. Mash and serve it with warmm pita or roti. Yum

The Brioche buns are really good and they last longer. I had a pkg that was over a week and a half past expire date and did not spoil. Love your videos.

not sure how you enjoyed the flavorbombs but those are the best! my mom is vegan and i loveeee tomatoes and those flavor bombs are the BEST cherry tomatoes besides homegrown ones!
