Audi TT Mk1 key fob battery replacement 1997 - 2006 A4 / S4 🔑

Quick instructional video on how to change / renew the batteries in the key fob to re-activate remote locking / unlocking the mark 1 audi tt 8n, this also covers the A4 / S4 models from 1997 - 2006 which share a key. All that’s needed for this diy job is a flathead screwdriver & 2 CR1620 batteries.

If the remote locking still does not work, put the ket into the ignition and turn to "point 2" (without firing up the engine) and press and hold the unlock button for 10 seconds to repair / re-synchronise the key with the car.
