David inspired me to go to college to study molecular biology and aim for a career in fighting aging because I heard of him from the podcast he did with Joe Rogan in 2019. Thanks David!

People often tell me that I don't look my "age" (in my 50's). I pay attention to eating (organic, mostly vegetables), exercise regularly, don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, take supplements and use organic skincare products. David Sinclair speaks volumes of truth for anti-aging in this video and appreciate his scientific logic.

Prof. Sinclair looks younger now than he did five years ago by well over 10 years. Fantastic!!! Resveratrol and NMN outstanding results

Great show. I have been using 1-Skin for a year and have noticed a difference in my skin. At 77 years old, my Pinch Test is very quick. I started taking NMN 3 years ago and noticed my hair getting brown again. This is increasing. Now I take 2 gm of NMN most days (i figure I am older and need all the help I can get) and walk 5-10 miles almost every day, with some HIIT. I'd be very interested in an update on Dr. Sinclair's father's journey. These shows are excellent - much better than many interviews with often clueless interviewers.

Dr Sinclair has been an inspiration for me. I have heard of him back in 2018 for the first time, since then been following all of his work. Now, this year I will be graduating from the dept. of Biochemistry and Biotechnology. Currently, I am working on one of the sirtuins genes. All because of Dr Sinclair. You made this young boy dream big. I just turned 23 this year. Haha.. and I have decided to pursue this longevity field. Thank you wholeheartedly, Dr Siclair.

I love this podcast. I am almost 53 but feel 33. And apparently look more like 43. Vegetarian, yoga and meditation has been good so far but this is amazing information. I was a late parent. To know I have to power to live long enough to see grand kids grow up is amazing. Thank you both for all that you do. 🙏 And I love the humour. 🖖 😆 Aussie Gratitude being sent your way 🇭🇲

David reminds me of that friend who got stoned for the very first time and when they talk they have this look/smirk on their face where they’re about to burst into laughter over absolutely nothing at any given moment 😄

Dr. Sinclair looks really young for someone who is 52! I was watching his interview with Lewis Howes and it was really inspiring! I feel like it's something to do with our hormone change that age us as we get older

I have been following David’s work for about 2 yrs now. Thank you for addressing women. You do have women listening. It does seem like women get left out of the coversation, out of research and their health issues (like autoimmunity) don’t get money and attention. It does feel like wr are second class honestly.

Please do not shy away from talking about female concerns just because you aren't women. You don't have to have a uterus to understand the science of how they work! This approach runs the risk of leaving women in the dark. Please address our aging concerns equally. Thank you for the great info. I love your show!

Using my red/infrared laser light while I watch this on my head and face. It's really helped me with my brain fog left over from having COVID a year ago
