My Great Grandfather fought in the trenches of WWI. He was wounded by shrapnel. He survived and made it home. He passed away in 1988 age 94. RIP Grandpa

I had a friend that worked in a lumber mill in Germany. He said depending on where they got the wood from, this one area was very notorious for the wood having bullets still in them from WW2
