Restringing my first guitar that requires nylon opposed to my regular acoustic guitar. Really glad I learned I learned how to resting my regular acoustic with with the beads first, because it's pretty intuitive, with the caveat of needing to know how to tie a double loop. Thank you for the lesson!

For the nylon plain strings, on the head side I overlap the first turn for self-locking purpose. Before doing that I sometimes faced partial or total loosening.

Does it matter if wind the steing over itself? Or if the steing is wind towards the center of the guitar vs outward?
