Mine spins blue and white and wont respond buttons or voice. 3 days I’ve been trying to reset it.

Hi I’m from Mexico
It didn’t work, in my Echo Dot 3 sometimes I ask a question to Alexa, she starts talking and then it turns off, I know the problem is not from the device, when I play music even in loud volumes it works very fine, the Turn off issue only happens to me when Alexa speaks with the blue light circle, Alexa stops making my request but it is just occasionally, it happens a few times. But I want to know why does it happens, my device works fine and most of the times Alexa answers correctly. Some ideas? Thanks
