What do you do when after effects only locates and relinks only the one file you you searched for and does automatically relink all the other missing files which are in the same folder?
This is my current issue and it driving me nuts!

Hi Leigh, I've just started my first Youtube channel (quite my job to go full time). and discovered my file management was all wrong! So I created a better file structure for all my future projects, but then could not solve my AE missing files...you just saved me hours of time! Thanks sooo much for this valuable tutorial😃 Cheers Grant

Hi, yes. it looks like it is very simple but I right click on premiere to convert my video into after effects project and it keeps my video offline. I try your tip which makes sense but it is not working. Keeps telling my the format is not supported. Well other videos have worked. my video is a mxf. After effects takes mxf.

Any ideas what would be causing this to happen repeatedly when the asset files have not been moved, changed, etc?
