Do You Install Replacement Windows from the Inside or Outside?

I agree with installing from outside. I've done them both. the inside is much more work which always gives the installer a reason to charge more. After installing my own for my home I try not to go back inside. So far I've done around 34 jobs and I find that installing from the outside works better for me. Also it's. a plus when outside trimming has to be done as well.

When you do have an offset window condition, and install from the Inside. Do you do any special provision fir the window/ brick interface? The inside face of the brick will be mostly rough, not a clean finish as the outside.
