the truth is that for Christmas parents will get their kids it thinking that it would be a whole separate device until they realize you need a ps5.

Correction: It isn't just for play "anywhere in your home", you can play it anywhere with an internet connection and as long as the ps5 is on. Basically portable with the exception of offline gaming. You can just use your phone's hotspot to make it a truly portable handheld.

Guys you don’t need a ps5 to play! All you need is WiFi and a PlayStation plus account and you’re good to go!

The playstation portal should have allowed every ps4 title to be downloaded and played with out Internet and streamed ps5 games but only streaming games to it make it the most useless device I've seen since Google stadia

Finally someone with honest review....At the end its is a "portal". Great ergonomics, visuals and everything, but you are to depended on your connection, so that it becomes unreliable when/IF you are moving. Just for playing "anywhere" in your house it is useless most of the time...

you should have did the research before buying.. plenty of early vids on this thing
and it was obvious when it was shown off
this device isn't a console, its a locked down tablet and now you're paying for the mistake of ignoring it
