If they couldn’t ID the shooter, that’s probably why they denied the claim. Liberty Mutual *should* have accepted the claim and gone after the shooter

The defendant didn’t do anything wrong so I’m glad that if there is a judgement against him, the show will pay for it. Also, I’m so ready for Judge Judy vs. Liberty Mutual… they’re going to wish they had just paid the claim the 1st time!

This reminds me of when my car was struck by a drunk driver while it was being towed by a tow truck. My car was totaled, but when I tried to file a claim against the drunk driver her insurance company denied my claim saying I had to go through the tow company’s insurance because my car was considered “cargo.” So ridiculous.
