17:00 i think hes saying if God is all powerful then he has the ability to remove animal suffering, but it still exists therefore either God didnt want remove it but could which would make the suffering unnecessary since it doesnt have time be there, or he couldnt make it so there was no animal suffering which would go against him being omnipotent.
