I like your lecture on not to use Magnesium Citrate, as it depletes copper and buids up iron(serum ferrtin from ceruloplasmin). Nobody else gives that warning, that i have suffered stiffness and joint-aches for 2 years from cheap magnesium citrate. Thank you in a big way.

Starting in my 50s I began "rebalancing" my supplements every 5 years with a naturopath. It's worked well over the years (now 70). I stopped taking calcium 5 years ago after reading it was better to get thru diet.
