Dr. Boz, I did your 72 hour sardine fast Thai past weekend. Inflammation reduced so much! I have fibromyalgia, usually hurts to touch any of my muscles. No pain! NO PAIN! I have hope. Thank you doctor!

I'm still keto after two years and I've kept my 103 pounds off without even trying. At the age of 54, I'm back at the gym pushing heavier weights than when I was 20. I don't eat my first meal until 3pm each day and I train on an empty stomach each morning.
It's not a diet. It is the proper human diet.

This is true. I am on low carb for like 2 months i remember on start i had to take salts on daily basis and it was never enough. Nowadays i don't feel like i need to add anything.

A really long time ago when I was younger I went to a doctor and she was very upset because she said you've got to eat something you're in ketosis and evidently that was very dangerous

I'm all into taking a half tbs of spirulina tablets a few times a day. Gives me some nutrition without any taste or chewing.

Been keto for many years but I still need to take lots of supplements because my body burns it up in exercise! Athletes need much more of magnesium, etc and my diet can not supply it, not with most "healthy" foods giving me reactions due to allergies, etc.

This was not my experience. After about 2 years of keto I had a ton of issues from my esophagus and through entire digestive tract. It may have been due to food sensitivities to almonds, eggs, peppers, which I was having daily. I cut those out and did a few Cell Core protocols, including one for the gut (and mycotoxins). After all of that, my digestive tract is in much better condition with all of the issues now gone (confirmed by colonoscopy and endoscopy a few months ago).

Hello Dr. Boz
I’m taking a supplement called Total Restore (specifically for Leaky Gut ) made by Dr. Gundry, it contains amazing ingredients, plant extracts and amino acids.
My Question is, can this product mainly it’s ingredients taken regularly also produce a similar response to the gut lining as a the results of a keto diet. I have been taking it for a couple weeks and noticed tremendous differences on my energy, my bowel movements and less inflammation .
