I've been studying English every day just listen to podcasts and attend in some English conversation via zoom and on weekends I like to challenge myself watching some interviews on YouTube, mainly street interviews most of them I can't understand.

I always try to organize my thoughts, but in the last moment I think in Portuguese first, than it delay the conversation and I get nervous and I forget it all.
