I'd add "if you suddenly get a craving for jambalaya, low country seafood boil, shrimp po' boys or beignets you're probably surrounded by belters and that's why you're thinking about New Orleans" because that's what happens to me when watching the show. That Belter Creole accent they use always makes me think of NOLA.

A funny counterpoint to this video would be the same subject matter but told completely from a Belter point of view. In other words, instead of describing some of the Belter methods as unorthodox, a Belter would see UNN/MCRN/inner methods as silly, strange, or dangerous.
