This boss was working in his office one day and when he saw a baby crawling into his office. Shocked and confused he picked up the baby and went to his employees asking whose baby it was. One nervous employee stepped forward. She didn't think the boss would be in today. Usually, the boss wasn't there.

She explained that she had been bringing the baby to the office for the past 2 days because her mother who usually watched the baby is sick and in the hospital and her husband is on a work trip so she had to bring the baby to work with her.

The boss wasn't angry, in fact, he was supportive and understanding. But that wasn't the end. The boss went to the store and quickly return with an infant seat for the baby. He used his own money for this. He also bought toys for the baby.

The boss then told the employees that if they have time make sure to help take care of the baby and that if they needed to bring their children to work, they're welcome to do so.

This boss has earned the admiration, love, and respect of his employees through his kindness and generosity. We need more boss like him in the world. Do you agree?
