make sure if you have a PIN, to know your actual password, your microsoft account one, because when i booted up my system in safe mode, i couldn’t use the pin and it scared the crap out of me, using my microsoft account’s actual password and not the pin logs in.
also selecting “network” also helps when selecting “minimal” in the boot menu.

you could get locked out of your computer in safe mode so take care.

Hey i got this problem when install Ms Net Framework and in my computer have another 0 (like 0 then 1145, 2934). So should i delete all of them or just 0?
