Wizard101| FREE and EASY DEER KNIGHT SPELL

In this video I'll show all my fellow wizards the free and easy way to get a copy of the Deer Knight spell without needing to open packs, farm Loremaster, or hatch for pets.

I've opened tons and tons of packs, farmed loremaster hundreds of times. But you know what? One time I beat loremaster and saw Deer Knight pop up on my screen. I was super excited, until I realized it was christmas and I got reindeer knight instead. I legit almost cried.

A note from someone who got lucky, you can also get the jewels as a drop from Apollo in Mount Olympus, and I've got it a good few times just farming the dungeon on my death anyway.

Its a lot more common of a drop than the spell itself, free, and you're likely to be doing the fight multiple times anyway. Also, if you have a high level friend and only want the jewel, its an easy farming and is the first fight in the dungeon.

(Also, Apollo is a life boss, so you can bean them as a death if you fight solo)

This is what I did for the crafting portion of this guide.

The fastest way to get iron is to buy it from the bazaar no doubt, sometimes the bazaar can be dry but I started to find a lot of iron around 4 PM EST. Zaepha has a guide on farming gold so check that out since iron is 2500 per piece which is 5k per craft.

You could alternatively farm the 200 stone blocks per craft and transmute the iron. I farmed at crab alley and it took me around 50 minutes to get enough for 1 craft. It isn't as bad as it seems since at crab alley you also get kelp and shells which sell for 113-100 at the bazaar. I got around 70ish kelp and shells per hour which in turn makes around 14k if you sell at close to max price for each. This excludes the rare drops you get like aether from kelp which can sell for 630 at max price, for reference I got around 8 per hour.

I would like to give a more conclusive answer on which is better, farming reagents at crab alley or farming gold, but I haven't farmed gold to test it. I'm level 27 who just finished krokotopia and this is my first ever wizard that has gone past triton avenue.

Final edit: Fishing is by far the more superior and less time consuming way to get gold. Just get your tier 1 ice fishing spell and go fish at aero village and you'll get yourself a decent amount of gold. I got around 30k from using 64 energy, I will say I got lucky and got 3 black berry jellyfish. Obviously you can't do this forever so if you do wish to spend all of your time trying to get deer knight then I recommend farming reagents at crab valley. In the end I did 60 crafts and haven't gotten it but DO NOT let this get your hopes down. I'm just saying that so you can see that some people don't get lucky enough to get it within 10 tries. Getting a death aoe spell before level 48 is 100% worth your time and you'll feel cool showing off our boy deer knight.

I had no idea you could craft this. I got it as a drop from the early days of battling Zeus, I havent used it because my death is already level 130. But I like to keep rare jewels just in case. This is very important for low level death wizards! Nice job!
