this shit is already wrong i feel so bad for anyone who took advice from this and im only at the start. Bro you shouldve made a s tier to f tier chart and put storm S and everything else a b or c. Storm is THE best for fights later in the game. The fights take fucking ages and they only get longer later. storm has the fastest clear and if you are someone that values there time and doesnt wanna waste it then storm all the way. Its also a waste of money if you go anything else cause you are going to take longer getting to the end of the game therefore spending more money each month for this pretty ass kidsgame ngl. i played this when i was younger and played it again this year. Its damn near designed on purpose for you to spend and waste as much time as possible so youre playing the game longer so they get more money. SO many things can be changed so the progression is faster but the company doesnt car. its a heckin 15-16 yr game at this point and they literally update it still and add new content but no quality of life updates smh.

Literally the only good guide on the internet for beginners that isn't just "don't spend your crowns too early"

The sky iron hasta is so broken it’s insane. And the way it’s a guaranteed drop wiz popped off with that one.

Another niche thing I'd like to add, there's lvl 56 bazaar Celestia gear for all schools that gives really solid dmg, crit and accuracy or pips depending on your school, as well as set resist for 3 other schools. This can be used as budget waterworks gear to make farming waterworks itself easier

I’d recommend doing all the crafting quests at some point. It comes in really handy for niche things that will help you or come in handy at some point later on and then you’d have to do all those quests just to do it. Like crafting Aeon gear instead of farming for drops. Or crafting spells/decks/wands

This guide would have saved me so much time back in the day lol. Fantastic job.

you make the idea of grinding a new character appealing. my main life wizard from childhood has wasted so many training points but i’d cry doing the early game all over again lol

Oml this is great for me getting back into Wiz. Pirate has had my heart for many years, but I'm almost maxed out on all chars so I might need to hop over to the dark side 💀

I've been a Fire Wizard for so long, but now I'm thinking I full-send Storm. I've been thinking about it a lot and plan on making a new Wizard.

The more I think about it, Fire is getting harder as a Solo in the late game. Didn't realize DOT was really messing me up.

Bro, you are the reason I picked this game up. After marathoning all the episodes of your permadeath series and seeing it was Free Arc Month May, I pulled the trigger and made an account. Currently sitting on a level 10 Ice Wizard, bouncing around doing side quests and about to beat Akilles on Cyclops Lane. Your guide has been my pseudo-bible, and I thank you for it!

As far as free crowns go, you should also do the daily assignments. These are worth doing anyways, since you get a guaranteed gold skeleton key on day 15, but you also get 50 (I think, might be more) crowns each 15 days. Not a ton, but if you do the quizzes every day, and you do 6 characters with wizard-city level assignments, its worth it.

Thank you for this video, I remember 2 lvl 157 wizards coming up to me the other day asking me if I could help them with devourer, they didnt have the optimal gear. Just bazaar gear and they didnt seem to have a clue how to play the game, no concept of blading, or anything, they didnt even have enchants trained but. Thaknfully I managed to help them with what they asked for but I felt kinda cringe because I didnt feel like I taught them anything after helping them. Now that ur video dropped I can refer them to this video. Thank you

Wow man. Perfectly explained everything and now I can help out my other homies when they catch up to me, we played a decade ago but stopped because we were broke kids, now being adults with some money, we all have the membership and plan on grinding!

Just a side note for the fishing, I found the best gold farm is basically farming for "Flying Saucer fish" at the celestia base camp. Use Winnow rank 3 fish, and either winnow storm fish, or reveal fish school. After you catch them all, reset the fishing hole, and repeat. Do this on a free fishing weekend, and build a stockpile of the most valuable fish in the game (excluding the legendary ones with a low spawn rate) selling for 4k - 6k a catch.

I started to play (haven't in about two months though) when you failed the first no death run. I researched a lot of stuff with death. I got the gloomy eye really early on and got full Olympic gear half way through level 31. However, I'm completing all of the quests in each world before continuing to the next, only on Marley bone atm. This account was from all the the way back in the early days of the game. I have a Selena Gomez statue lol, my original wizard is storm at like level 32 I think but I stopped playing him since it was too difficult to solo

Watched this video after I did an entire playthrough up to halfway through celestia. Didn’t realize how difficult balance was considered, I honestly didn’t have too difficult of a time soloing the entire game aside from a few really difficult boss fights.

6:08 At this stage, he doesn’t mention it, but Tower Shield from Ice is also a decent pick. Definitely more geared towards PvP if you play it, but it can be useful in PvE too. It’s only a 50% shield, but it blocks damage from every school, no type-matching necessary. It’s also not as costly on training points as Satyr and Feint, and it costs nothing to cast. So you can use it to stop an incoming attack from being lethal, while gaining pips for a Satyr, or something like that. Definitely a sleeper hit.

6:55 you also get a weaker version of availing hands called helping hands in krokotopia
