I actually want to see you run though just to see improvement. You should do a b4 exercising speed then after u have been doing those exercises

These drills only show how may be clever the athlete and how must be performed the drills but does not really solve the problem of who wish to learn. Teaching is not simply something about is enough to be repeated because showed. Things must be explained first of all. And i can say that all these drills are totally not provided by a logical connection with the sprint..it is not because a drill is about legs that surely will better the sprint..it can be useful only because however improve but this is real far from understanding the mechanism of the sprint. I talked with a lot of trainers and trained even with some olimpian sprinters and not only sprinters. To improve any capacity you must develop a drill who has some important factors s. and none of these drills and however other drills have those factors . Basically the sprint is a monopodalic performances and is in one direction and not a jump up amd down or aside..all these drills can be justified or to capture the attention of classic students or for some activities where the motion is not monotone for example in martial arts also ski or basket and so on. However a trainer may be very good to teach but cannot be able to show the real performance of the drill as well as an expert athlete can be good to show but can t be able to explain all the mechanism. The ostension way does not work in all cases. The things must be explained and the improvement must be identified as directly consequence of that drill . The success of the gym is due overall due because it made possible to relate with numbers exactly the improvement gained..just count kilos and repetitions. In the sprint i never saw trainer seeing the exactly result on 10 o 20 meters. I did this in the early 1985 with a photofinosh system who coul take time every 10 meters. Trainers today just stay with a manual chrono .something that is very approssimative
