A strategy you can use for the SAT and ACT math when dealing with percent problems.

Nice but I find it simpler to just say that:
knowing that students are 15% (After doing 100% minus the rest of percentages, like you did in the video), if 15% = 6 people, therefore 100% is 40 people invited. 45% of invited are teachers; 45% of 40 = 18 teachers, and 25% of invited are admins, 25% of 40 = 10 Admins. Therefore there are 8 more teachers than admin

Or you could just use rule or 3 and subtract
