If you listen to d11 normally, there is the sound of an explosion at the end. The human breathing may indicate that someone or something was trapped in the game.

This person attempted to survive in this world with little knowledge of the creatures that live in the game.

They attempted to survive the explosion by jumping off a cliff and into water. This broke d11.

I feel like when the disc is played backwards the player is running from monsters and has the book that might be connected to spirits asking for protection when he runs again and it cuts off play disc 13 bacwards so then the player explodes by a creeper and then the bells are of the place he was buried and the ambience is for the church for where he were buried and that makes the minecraft zombies and the 2 discs are the only thing left to remember him by and what happened. That's why when Jordan listened to 11 backwards it exploded that is the time you should listen to 13 backwards.

disc 11's charm is that it cuts off - at one minute and eleven seconds to be precise. The length (1:11), the name, as well as the fact that it was the 11th disc added would suggest that there is something significant about the number 11.
