I made this tonight and I let it set for about 2 hours and sampled a fork full, it turned out GREAT. I didnt have the cottage cheese curds so I used cream cheese instead. I'll be making this again. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for this recipe! I’m making it now. Looks and smells so great! I used a dairy free ricotta cheese by Kite Hill as the cottage cheese substitute and still was wonderful! 😊

Another great recipe, Sarah.. Made this today and turned out terrific!  I used Ricotta cheese though instead of cottage cheese.. only can eat cottage cheese cold and by itself.. I'm weird like that..  lol  Thank you!

How do you serve it the next day? Do you warm it in the oven (at what temp for how long)? Or cut it into servings and nuke it in the microwave? How does this compare to using zuchinni noodles? Can't wait to try it!

I just recently found your channel so I have been binge watching to catch up. I am hoping since you made this vid that you have changed pasta sauce.
Hunts has at least 16-20 carbs per serving (after removing dietary fiber)
Classico (at walmart) tomato basil has only 6. Hunts has added sugar, classico does not

Thanks for that recipe! Looks super good. I never would have thought to add cauli rice to bulk it up a bit! That would be perfect with just a side salad. Does this freeze well?

Just wondering if you could make the dish up then put in frigerator to bake fresh the next day?? Do you think that would work?? Or could you bake it a little the first day made, put in frige then finished baking the next day right before eating? I really want to make this but I need to make it up the night before then serve the next day for a crowd of people. Don't want to have to cut and microwave each serving..

I absolutely love Lasagna... What Italian doesn't ? ...Hey ...Where were the Italian Flag Colors ? (LOL !)
"Color Coordinated Keto Cooking Queen" ! (Try saying that one ...5 times fast LOL !)...(Just having a little "fun with a pun" !)
(These references keep getting longer but I think this last one is quite long enough!) but ...Going to try this great recipe as well !
