I've tested everything I could think of for lasagna and Egg Life Wraps are far and away my favorite choice. And I didn't totally love them until about the 3rd serving. Now I would never use anything else. Make your best meat sauce, load it up with great ingredients and never look back! And you can feel really good about what your eating.

My friends and family likes it when use a mix the of sausage and hamburger. I replace the ricotta cheese layer with a combination of cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, a bit of mozzarella and Italian spices mixed together. I make a carnivore noodle from "ketogenic woman". No one knows that it is keto. It is my most requested dish.

The egglife wraps are 100 times better the next day. It really allows the sauce to really absorb into the "noodles"

The great thing about lasagna is that you don’t have to make one big one. You can make individual portions in smaller oven-safe containers. Then you can use the cleaner options for those who need it, and dirtier versions for those who prefer it. And you can freeze the portions you don’t need right away for an easy weeknight meal! Y’all! I know what I’m doing this weekend now. Thanks for the inspo!

I use Palmini sheets, but I prebake them. It gets rid of all the moisture and removes the veggie taste. I'll have to give the tortillas a try. TFS!

My newest lasagna noodle swap is with sliced deli chicken sandwich meat. Very little flavor added, but it helps keep the layers separate. My husband and I really like it. But I definitely want to give the egg wraps a try.

I just layer the ingredients on a pre-baked upside down portobello mushroom cap! It’s my husband’s favorite meal and he’s not keto at all.

I like to use either the egg wrap or deli meat for my "noodle" layer. I also use the super thinly sliced provolone or mozzarella on top of the "noodle" layer. Keto lasagna is such a great food to serve to a crowd and nobody will know it's low carb.

Just an FYI: The keto world loves Raos but Paul Newman organic sauce is superb and its like $4 less than Raos (over rated my opinion) 😊

I used egglife wraps for lasagna in a springform pan and it was delicious and even my husband loved it.

I use the zero carb small mission tortillas. I toast them slightly on the griddle before I build the lasagna. It helps to prevent excess gummyness.

Egg Life Wraps are so versatile. I use them for lasagna, but also for enchiladas, Mexican pizzas (Taco Bell knock off), chips, sub wraps, egg rolls (put egg roll in a bowl inside and fry) etc. I'd rather use the non-carb options and allow for carbs in the toppings/stuffings.
