Wow! This is the first time I have heard Mark say that he no longer is an Independent Scientologist! I am happy that he has proceeded past Scientology in his personal journey!

Wow. In the last video I watched of Mark Rathbun, he looked as if he was going to start an independent Scientology sect, but it looks like he's secular now. That's the smartest route to go and I'm glad he's taking the perspective of a scientist and seeking objective truths.

When I was 14yrs old I was curious about Dianetics so I read it. When I got to the part of "auditing", I thought addressing past memories would be freeing, BUT when I got to them writing it down and keeping it, I thought, "BLACKMAIL"!!!
With Jesus Christ, once you confess you are forgiven and it's forgotten. When I was younger I accidentally died, met Jesus Christ and was sent back! Jesus Christ is real, he lives and loves us!!! I have trusted him my whole life and no matter what happens to me I know I am never alone and I am loved!!!!

I was a Scientology "participant" for about a year in the 70's.
Spent about 3K on courses, auditing, and books.

In the office is a sign, that says it 100% satisfaction or your money back.

So I told them I wanted my money back and they wrote me a check for every penny I had spent and did not even ask for any of the materials (books and study guides) back.

I did have to sign a document that said I understood that I was forever dammed for them to return the money I spent.

I have great respect for Marty Rathbun, as well as all of the ex-members that are educating us on the dangers within Scientology. I strongly believe that David Miscavige should be held accountable for the death of Lisa McPherson, who did suffer a psychotic episode that ultimately led to her horrific death.

How does our government and other nations that have Scientology locations, allow an organization (cult ) allowed to exist under a religion, with tax exception. I used to work at Kaiser Hospital in Hollywood across the street from the main Scientology center. I used to sit on a balcony eating my lunch every day day watching Scientology & their daily military esque drills. Insane.
