Judges should be unbiased and unemotional, but this judge clearly already has something personal against Jones.

That judge is one of the most unprofessional judges I’ve ever seen in a court room who didn’t get in trouble (I don’t say this statement from this video alone, but the whole trial).

The look on his face shows it all…this was a incredible misuse of power and authority. Anyone who actually believes this was a trial and not just some kangaroo court judge should really take a minute and open their eyes.

This actually happens more often than you'd think. Clients will get so focused on their answer that they do not pay attention to the Court sustaining/overruling the objection. I've had judges say, "sorry counselor, apparently your client didn't mind answering that question after all."
