If there are changes to the advanced mark then there should be a couple of changes.
1) ball has to be caught at head height or higher.
2) The defender is allowed stand on the spot the mark is made

The advanced mark needs to be kicked out. Crazy rule. The mark rule hasn't caused any loss of sleep because teams haven't had the time to exploit it. The speed of the game needs to be maintained.
