I followed this recipe, added some ginger to the brine, and dip it into rice wine before the final grill to have some Asian fusion touch. Absolutely delicious! The peeling part is as satisfying as the eating 😂

Yes! Finally, a tongue recipe that I can't get behind!!! Thank You. My mom made it when I was young, but she would cook and put in a sweet pickle juice with some seasonings, and I wish I had found out what before she passed. We would just get pieces of it out of the pickle jar and eat it. The flavor was unreal!!!

My favorite way to make beef tongue it's the mexican way Barbacoa, it's a long process nonetheless very tasty.

I've been vegetarian for 7 years but to this date I get cravings for my mom's beef tongue. So tender and savoury. Definitely the best. Tried beef tongue in other restaurants and from other people but boi oh boi it was hard. Mom's beef tongue dish was definitely THE BEST.

Pro tip: Use a pressure cooker.

omg if you ever have beef tongue in Japanese or Korean Barbecues, they are the most succulent juicy piece of meath you can eat, almost like a piece of fat that just melts away in your mouth but a bit more chewy
