Where can you get the L-reuteri starter in Canada? Is it dairy free? I’ve noticed starters lv seen in the health store say they contain milk, which l can’t have. Thanks

Thank you for todays lesson! Love all your educational podcast. My mother thinks she doesn't like anything that I make so I stuck plain kefir in place of milk in ranch salad dressing she didn't even know. I put kefir cheese in onion dip and she ate it not knowing, hahaha good tricks for kids and Mom's

To my side kefir and yogurt make be weight stall or gain weight even if I take it plain. I’m on keto and carnivore diet. I tried fermenting vegetables but they don’t work for me. Still get constipation when I eat fiber. Any advice please?
