I Should say being honest that, Irish English is one of the hardest English that I've ever heard.  however, it is actually  quiet interesting when you realise how many differences you'll be able to find even with some one who speaks the same language like you. 👍🏽

To me the biggest giveaway that somebody has an Irish accent is the way they pronounce their T's at the end of words. It sounds very unique, almost like a "ts"

Here in the West of Ireland we mix english and Irish together. This is the written form. Eg
Do-ye kn'o wvh'ere the riverneen is cause i haer'd the salmonachaun are movin'nup-shtráem

Fw'hisht t'won't ya or I'll go ov'n'er ti ya agus I'll put smacht on ya

Ifa ye don't shtop bladderin you'll shcaer all the fish a-wey
