Niklas Winter, a wingsuit BASE jumper, free solo highliner and passionate adventure lover, will take you on a balancing act between peace of mind and overconfidence. He shares his thoughts on what it takes to stay alive in one of the world's most dangerous sports. The German extreme sports enthusiast Niklas Winter has tried many different sports, but what really stuck with him was slacklining. From the first steps in the park, it developed into a sport in the heights of the mountains and eventually he even started walking highlines without safety. After that he fulfilled himself a life-long dream by starting BASE jumping and wingsuiting.

Its about feeling really alive but being able to go to bed & dream about it on the same day, without pain, for most of your life.
I like the
'Only good Wingsuiters, - are old wingsuiters'
-bit.
Thats what was written in a 'hand written instruction manual' which came with a second hand paraglider, i bought in the late 80s.
it still just about flies now- or rather 'sinks faster' than it did in '89.
'There are 'bold' paragliders, 'old' paragliders- but no 'old'- 'bold' paragliders'.
You can almost apply that to anything others consider dangerous.
Stuck in my head for decades.
Really stuck there even though it was written in pencil.
