This video demonstrates one of the simplest ways to take control of your health that is highly overlooked: it's learning what to look for and how to read food labels accurately. In this video we will look at where to find important nutrients, how to accurately calculate calories using food labels, how to compare food to choose the healthiest options, and where to find information that manufacturers hide deliberately, so that the majority of people do not know that they are eating, as well as terms to look for to determine if a food is really low fat or non-fat. I believe that this video has the potential to impact your health positively, and for many years.
