Hyrox has long way to go as far as judging and ruling. Burpee broad jump Hands supposed to go down where the feet land, not 2 feet further as to gain distance with less burpees

Would you do this again or is it a 1 and done? How did you feel? I was thinking about doing this in October, but my knees are not like they use to be.
