That "hey" was so unexpectedly relaxing. It really set the tone for the whole video and improved my mood as a whole. Very cool

I love this type of short that advertises long form. It manages to give the viewers interesting bites so even if they just watched the short form, it would still be worth it. The scope of your long form is way beyond what you could ever cover in a single short form video, so it justifies to viewers why they should hop onto that long video! I will definitely be watch that video!

I can get vegan Bok kimchi somewhat locally from a brand in Germany called Lee & No and they even have it in a mild and a spicy version!
I couldn't eat regular kimchi anyway, since I'm allergic to seafood and it usually has those little shrimps in it, so I'm really glad I can get these with less transportation impact.
But yeah, for any other types I can't be lazy, I'll have to do them myself if I want other types of cabbages or veggies.

There's something so healing about your cooking videos. Its like hearing the rainfall as you sleep or having a cool breeze pass you on a warm day. I hope you never stop making these shorts ❤❤

My favorite is the plain glass jar tucked deep in a cold box at the Korean market, hidden in a little brick store across town. Even the store doesn't seem to have a name. And I'm pretty sure the owner is making it. She's a little old Korean lady.

Okay but this video changed so much about how I view the kimchi that I buy, and it even inspired me to make my own!

Jongga Vegan is my go to! They have canned which is okay, but their shelf stable packets are awesome! I take them backpacking or even just on errands. They're a perfect serving size and relatively inexpensive. They are missing the stronger fermented tang from their refrigerated counterparts but worth it for the convenience and stability.

I really appreciated that video. There’s no way I could negotiate space in the fridge for kimchi to ferment for weeks before I even started eating it

Ever since Maangchi made that video on how to make kimchi at home, I just make it myself. The flavor is so worth it.
